These Terms govern your use of premierhydroshop.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
Premier Hydro is a US-based, online-only retailer of indoor gardening supplies. We ship only to addresses in the lower 48 US states (the 48 contiguous states plus DC). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. We do not ship outside the United States.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to place an order on this Site.
Pricing, availability, and order acceptance
Prices on the Site are in US dollars. We make every effort to display correct pricing and availability, but errors happen — if we discover that a price was listed incorrectly or stock has changed before your order ships, we will contact you and either honor the listed price (when reasonable) or cancel and refund the order. Order acceptance happens at the time of shipment, not at the time of payment authorization.
Returns and refunds

Use of the Site
You agree not to: scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site; attempt to compromise the Site’s security; place orders that are fraudulent or that you do not intend to pay for. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

The Site’s content (logos, text, photography, illustrations, design) is owned by Premier Hydro or licensed to us. Product brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Products are sold for indoor gardening of legal plants under US federal and state law in the buyer’s jurisdiction. Premier Hydro makes no claim or representation about the legality of any specific use of any product. The buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. All products are sold AS-IS to the extent permitted by law, except for the manufacturer’s warranty that comes with the product. Premier Hydro’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Disclaimers
These disclaimers apply to specific product categories sold on premierhydroshop.com. They do not replace the manufacturer’s documentation that comes with each product. Always read the manual.
Electrical equipment
Many products on this site (lights, ballasts, drivers, fans, AC units, dehumidifiers, controllers, water and air pumps) draw electric current. Improper installation can cause fire, electric shock, or death. Always read the manufacturer’s installation instructions before wiring or installing any electrical product. If you are not comfortable wiring or installing electrical equipment, hire a licensed electrician. Premier Hydro is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, or use of electrical products purchased from us.
HID and CMH lighting — heat
HID, MH, HPS, and CMH/LEC lights generate significant heat. Operating these fixtures without adequate ventilation, mounting clearance from combustible materials, or proper electrical infrastructure is a fire hazard. Read the manufacturer’s mounting and ventilation specs for every fixture. Use the recommended ballast or driver only.
CO₂ enrichment products
Carbon dioxide (CO₂) at elevated concentrations is dangerous to humans and animals. Asphyxiation can occur in poorly ventilated spaces with elevated CO₂. CO₂ tanks, regulators, burners, and controllers must be installed and operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Use a CO₂ detector. Do not enter an enriched space with running CO₂ supplementation. Always vent and clear the space before entry. Premier Hydro is not responsible for injury, death, or loss resulting from improper use of CO₂ products.
Plant-growing, not medical
Products sold on this site are intended for indoor gardening — growing plants. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Do not interpret product descriptions, category copy, customer-service replies, or any other content as a recommendation to grow, consume, or use any plant for any medical or therapeutic purpose. Consult a qualified medical professional for any health-related question.
Legality of plants grown
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the use of products purchased from Premier Hydro complies with all applicable US federal, state, and local laws. Premier Hydro makes no claim about the legality of growing any specific plant in the buyer’s jurisdiction.

What we do
