Returns Exchanges

All online orders can be returned by the customer at their expense within 15 days of purchase with a few exceptions. All items must return to us in the same new sellable condition they were sent to you. Because of the sensitive nature of some items, we cannot accept back nutrients, ph up and down, cloning gels, or living Beneficial’s. Other items we cannot except back are special order items such as custom made rolling benches, or ideal air drifecta AC units.


All items that come with a warranty are covered by the manufacturer that makes that item, not us! We will honor any warranty that is confirmed in warranty and defective by the manufacturer. Sometimes this is immediately, sometimes it takes a while for them to get back to us. We will do everything possible to handle all warranties as fast as possible. We will replace the item ONLY once we are issued by the manufacturer; however, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping charge back to them. We accept no responsibility or liability in any way for any cost incurred because of any manufacturer warranty. If you have an item that you believe is under warranty, please email us at service@premierhydroshop.com with your concern and we will walk you thru this process. We will need your order number and the item in question.
