Every item sold displays a message about the availability, this can be found underneath the pricing. Here is a breakdown of what the availability messages mean: All orders with the display message "Available Today for In-Store Pickup or Shipping" will ship out the same day of the order and or can be picked up the same day of the order. If "In-Store Pickup'' is selected, please wait to receive an email stating it's ready for pickup. We are only capable of updating inventory once a day and we do this every morning. In some instances we may have to contact you if an item sells out before your order was placed as the order will now take 1-3 business days for us to receive. If the item's availability message says vendor has stock, it will take us 1-3 business days to receive the item in most instances, once we get the items we will arrange shipment the same day. In some instances where there is only stock in a different states warehouse, it will take 5-7 business days for us to receive the item, if this is ever the case we will email you about the delays. If an item's availability message says "This product is out of stock In-Store and at the Vendor", sign up for email notifications on that items page and you will be notified once it is back in stock. In some instances, it could take 1-2 days to ship after the order is placed to arrange shipments, this is generally for freight orders only. Incorrect Addresses or Unavailable to Accept Delivery
The customer is responsible for any cost associated with any error caused in entering the wrong address or rerouting of packages. Every package we ship comes with a signature requirement as this is the only way we can file an insurance claim shall the package go missing. If you wish to accept the risk and forgo the signature, put in your order notes that you do not wish to sign for your package and accept all liability. If the carrier attempts delivery three times and are unable to reach you, the package will then go to a service center for pickup. If the package is not picked up in their stated timeframe, they will ship the package back to us. If this happens where we get the package back, we will cancel the order and refund you the cost paid for the item but not the shipping charge.
Additional Shipping Charges Added
The shipping total added to the orders is calculated based on weight and distance traveled. In some instances, the shipping calculation could be inaccurate or a guesstimate (especially table rates which are freight shipments), and we would need to add an additional fee to the credit card to cover those additional costs. We will contact you if this occurs before shipping the order.

Express and Overnight Shipping
Next day air, two day or three day delivery selections made by the customer at checkout are shipped out as soon as the order is processed by our carrier. In most instances the order is processed and packaged by us the same day the order is recieved but it may not be picked up until the following business day. In this scenario, the order would not be shipping out by the carrier until the following business day. An example of this is below:
UPS only delivers packages Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Thursday around 1pm, as an example, we will package and process this Thursday, but UPS will pick up the package on Friday and ship out on Monday as they need to process the package and set up for delivery. If you select next day, you wont receive the package until Tuesday.
