All online orders can be returned by the customer at their expense within 15 days of purchase with a few exceptions, orders that state vendor has stock and will ship in 1-3 business days are all items we do not stock, these items can be returned if initiated within 7 business days of receiving the order. All items must return to us in the same new sellable condition they were sent to you. Because of the sensitive nature of some items, we cannot accept back nutrients, ph up and down, cloning gels, or living Beneficial’s. Other items we cannot accept back are special order items such as custom-made rolling benches, or AC units. All returned items will require a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is not to put the items back on our shelves but is a fee our suppliers charge us to send them back the returned items.
All items that come with a warranty are covered by the manufacturer that makes that item, not us! We will honor any warranty that is confirmed in warranty and defective by the manufacturer. Sometimes this is immediately, sometimes it takes a while for them to get back to us. We will do everything possible to handle all warranties as fast as possible. When an item is in warranty, the supplier will issue a replacement. If the item is no longer available, the supplier will issue a credit that MUST be applied to another item, there is never any refunds on warrantied items. We will replace the item ONLY once we are issued by the manufacturer; however, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping charge back to them. We accept no responsibility or liability in any way for any cost incurred because of any manufacturer warranty.
